Registration

The registration process will take place in two phases. First, please fill out the form below to provide all the required information.

Registration – opens in November 2026

Once your registration is submitted, you will receive the invoice with available payment methods via email to the address provided in the form. Please note that the invoices will be issued after the Early Bird registration deadline, and later once a week.

Payment can be made by bank transfer (IBAN details are included in the invoice).

Please note that the registration will be considered complete only after the payment has been received, but the registration date will refer to the date of form submission.

The conference registration will be closed on May 25. Please note that on-site registration is not available. 

Conference fees include access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch in the program as well as the opening reception, evening walk in Tartu city centre and conference dinner on June 3, 2027. Fees do not include tickets for the cultural activities. These tickets can be purchased along with your conference registration.
